Cost: There is a $10 fee to reserve Merchant Space at NOWM (this is in addition to the $10 site fee). All REPEAT all merchants must pre-register with the Merchant Coordinator (Lady Cherise). All Site Fees and Merchant Fees for your operation's staff are sent to our MC, Lady Cherise, not to Troll. You can include family members and kids in this packet for the Family Cap rates. Information: We need to know how much space your merchant operation takes up, as we'll be laying out the marketplace to fit the pre-registered merchants. (How big is your pavillion/fly/shade?) Space in the marketplace adjacent to the battlefield is on a first come, first served basis - merchants who don't fit the main marketplace will be located on the Woods Road as in previous years.
Location: Following requests from many merchants, the main marketplace is being moved to the green shaded area between the battlefield and the Picnic Shelter. This puts the merchants right by the main focus of the day, near major walk-by traffic. Enjoy. Signage will be arranged to direct attendees towards the merchants.
Population: In past years, this event has averaged 450-500 attendees. We expect a slight increase due to the contraction of Baron Wars from a weekend to a day event. We will also have sitting royalty from the Midrealm and Aethelmarc in attendance.
