The site includes three buildings, St. Stanislas Church (for morning court only), Central Catholic High School (Classes, Youth point, Heraldic consult table and Merchants) which is handicapped accessible and the non-handicap accessible Social Hall where the Check-in, Feast, Lunch, Fighting and evening court will be. The High School building closes at 8pm.

- Two Royal Courts - Morning court is tentatively scheduled for 11am and will be in St. Stanislas church sanctuary. To protect the woodwork we ask that anyone in armour or wearing a sword stand at the back or please remove such before entering the church. It is a great honor to be able to use this beautiful and historic building for our event, treat it gently. Evening court will be in the Social hall (where the Gate is as well as fighting and feast).

- Open Bardic and entertainment from noon until 5:45pm in the populace lounge (Cafeteria area) featuring performances by special guests such as The Pippins, i Scandali and i Verdi Confusi, Hareem Shar'eem, Ike and Runa Turner and the Eik-ettes, THL Tyzes Sofia, Lady Ursula the Widow, Lord Robin McCauley, and THL Brendan O Corraidhe.

Combat Schedule
- After morning Court: List tables open, armour inspections begin
- 1:00pm Rapier round robin tourneys, Heavy weapons speed tourneys begin
- 2:00pm Heavy weapons progressive bear pit
- 3:00pm Rapier cut & thrust tourney
- 5:00pm combat stops, begin cleaning and resetting hall
Youth Point Schedule
1 pm Soap-making with THL Gwenllian Bengrych ferch Rhys
1:45 pm Craft stations - We will have multiple stations set up with
crafts and activities that youth can move through at their own pace.
These stations will include making a Viking necklace, beginning
calligraphy & illumination, making tissue paper "stained glass"
windows, and games.
3 pm Active games - We will play active games, including period forms
of tag and a dress-a-Viking relay.
4 pm Dance - Youth will learn simple period dances and perform them at
the end of youth pointe for parents.
