SCA Buisness:

A big Hoobah! For our knight's marshal, Conrad Schwartzwolf made it to the finals in the unbelted tourney at the Tournement of Chivalry this past weekend and also recieved the award for displaying the knightly virtue of Prowess. He also used three different sheilds through the day.

Calum was also recognized at the event for his chivralic virtues by His Majesty Sarnac of Eldomere. Hoobah!

Archery is meeting as usual this Sunday at Lucus Archery and Saturday afternoons at Albian Woods (it's getting too dark for the weeknight practices)

There will be an Archery Guild meeting on tuesday at Bastian and Katy's and this time they even have directions! Get your Pennsic scores to the guild head tonight for the contest, prize is a gift certificate to Lucus Archery.

Armourer's guild is meeting as usual this thursday at Eldred's, see Timothy or Eldred for details.

The Chatelaine's Lending Library is in buisness! If you'd like to borrow the Known Wolrd Handebooke or any of the officer's handbooks, see Lady Alex

Lady Fighters, there's a practice tuesday nights at Lyonnete and Milesent's home, see either for directions.

Akizuki Chako is looking for folks interested in youth fencing, kids 14 to 18.

Nial is looking for opinions about renting a third room, this would be an additional $35 a night and would have a wooden floor, no fighting in this room though it's excellent for dancing and other gentler activities. The Shore Center is putting in an elevator, probably near to our location and seem more aimable to our insurance so Nial is also looking for opinions once again on making this a permanent site and how the site would be used if we did.

Brewers, Nial is putting in an order for honey see him if you'd like in on it.

DEMOS:

October 5th and 6th is the OhioMart Demo in Gwyntarian Territory. This is a large demo on the beautiful lawn of Stan Hewwet Hall (A 1920's tudor-revival mansion) and volunteers do get to tour the beautiful hall for free! It is a large and very fun demo, more details next week from Katerina.

Thursday evening September 19th there is a demo for the Shore Center, come help support our hosts! Armourer's Guild will be meeting here at the Shore Center for the demo, there will be fighting and a host of other activities from 6pm until 10pm.

Monday September 30th there is a day demo for Valley Forge High School, Alex and Nial are attending, see them for details and carpooling.

The Rainbow Babies demo is still on, though the scheduling is a bit vauge, Lady Alex is talking with them and will let us know as soon as there is a date in the mean time keep preparing, Madelaine and the needleworkers volunteered to make toys for the kids, Madelaine has 100 yards of material for this purpose, see her if you're interested. Peredur is working on the puppet show, they have a script and need to make puppets, see Peredur if you'd like to help with the puppet show.

JoAnne Fabrics has Linen on clearance! Get it while it's still there!

Clairiel's trying to set up a dying night at her home with woade or other substances, if you'd like to dye or learn more about dying, see Clariel.

Vashti's moving next Saturday, if you're not doing anything she could use a hand and will pay with food and paperbacks.

Jared has 12 tickets to the Improv for Friday the 20th, see him if you'd like to go with.

It's Alda's birthday! Hoobah!

Tomorrow is myfanwy's birthday and Calum's birthday, Hoobah!
