Lord Nial opened the meeting with a reminder to please pay your tithe, we do still pay for the space even when we are outside. We ask for $1 from everyone, $2 from combatants, if this is your first meeting, please, be our guests.

June 1st is the pre-reg deadline for Pennsic, and is approaching fast.

There will be heavy weapons fighting and a friday night torchlit tourney

There will be archery

If you are interested in fencing, see Snowden, she's pondering a torchlit tourney. Fencing will mostly be melee practices.

There will be youth boffer fighting, perhaps some melee youth fighting, see Ser Nick for details.

Write in awards now, the royalty and scribes both appreciate having time to make scrolls before the event.

The weekend before the event there will be site cleanup, the autocrat has already discussed with the archery guild and would like to extend to other guilds the opportunity to come help with clean up and afterward there will be archery practice, heavy weapons practice and camping out around a bonfire. SCA BUISNESS:

There are some kingdom offices opening up, see your Pale or Nial for details.

Armourers guild is meeting thursday night at Ealdred's as usual. Also Timothy is putting in a rattan order, see him for details.

Archery will be meeting as usual at Lucus Archery on Sunday. There is some information on Lucus Archery changing hands, see your favorite guild member for details suposedly they intend on being primative-archery friendly and therefore will have many toys for SCA archers.

Archery is meeting on tuesday April 30th at Darius's to make targets.

Brewer's Guild is working on cordials and intends to start brewing mead. See Nial for details.

Dance Guild is meeting on thursday May 9th at the Euclid Public Library.

Monty is looking for the lady in charge of Gold Key.

Snowden has Lost and Found for Coronation.

Needleworker's, Pennsic is approaching fast. If you have Pennsic projects you'd like to start or work on, Madelaine will be attending meetings regularly after school is out in June, and will be at meeting again in two weeks. Please see her about arranging time for working on projects.

There is food on the table, please partake, and if it is yours please see that it goes home with you if uneaten at the end of the night. Nial's fridge is getting crowded.

There is only one week left to write their Majesties and the Kingdom Seneschal if you wish to put your name in for Baron or Baroness. If you have questions about the role of Baron, the selection process and so on, please see those who would know.

DEMOS:

There is a demo this saturday, April 27th, on CWRU's campus. The Saturday Sampler is a fun, afternoon demo. Usually they provide food. The demo starts roughly at noon... see Jess for details.

There is a dance demo on sunday May 5th for Stone Creed Grove at the North Chagrin Reservation. Demo starts at 2pm, see Milesent, Darius or Nial for details.

Friday May 24th there is a Demo for Shaker Heights, from around 3:30pm (when school closes) until 7:00pm. The students are putting on a medieval/renaissance faire and would like 'extras', jugglers, dancers, bards, etc.

June 30th and July 7th, both sundays, two demos for a camp of kids. See Lady Alex for Details.

Baycrafters is coming up fast this year, Darius would like all the planning to be done before Pennsic, see him for details.

There is a Demo coming up in October for Rainbow Babies, see Lady Alex for details, there are items being prepared as gifts for the children at that demo.
