Nial called the meeting to order with a reminder that we do pay for our site, and ask $1 from each non-combatant, $2 from combatants. If this is your first meeting, it's on us.

Up and coming events:

If you aren't leaving for Gulf wars soon, you're too late.
Terpschore at the Tower in Cinnebar, Michigan this weekend.
Oaken Regional A&S in Cincinatti next weekend.

And in four weeks or so we have Coronation! It's only a month away folks! One month exactly from this night.

Please get your award recomendations in by this weekend. See Pietro if you have questions about the awards themselves.

There will be a site walk-through for coronation staff Tuesday, March 26th at 6:30. Please be there if you are on staff, or have a deputy attend for you.

We will need folks to volunteer for set up and take down. Please volunteer for these important tasks.

There will be an auction to benefit Valharic and Alys' reign. See Ephraim with your donations. No alchohol is permitted in the auction.

Clariel is troll for the event, and would like to announce that only 50 seats are left for feast! Pre-reg now.

Along with set up, there is a cardboard castle wall we have been using with this site to cover the gymnasium equipment. Please see Lord Bastian if you would like to learn how this wall is set up and taken down - we need more than one person to know how to work it!

The event staff would like to encourage everyone to bring their banners to the event to beautify the hall. Personal or household banners are welcome.

The autocrats are looking for a back-up site token plan. See them for details.

The Kitchen, as always, needs volunteers. Especially servers. See Rutgar to volunteer.

Other SCA Announcements:

Scribes Guild will be meeting next Tuesday at Aiden's house at 7pm. Master Aiden will be opening his library and his wealth of knowledge to the guild at large. Also, start working on those blanks, scribes! We're going to need them at coronation.

Ceinwen entered three scrolls at Constellation A&S this weekend, it was her first A&S and she garnered 3 Second Places. Hoobah!

In two weeks we face Oaken A&S. Last year Cleftlands brought an impressive number of entries. Dare we disappoint this year? Show the region what we're made of! Milesent and Lyonnete are carpooling. If you wanna join the caravan, see them for details.

We have some Demos coming up. March 27th at Martin Luther King High School, May 5th at Stone Creek Grove- that's a dance demo. A camp ground in June, another July 7th... and Baycrafters! Remember, everything needs to be set up for Baycrafters before War, because there's not a lot of time after war to do it in.

Armorer's guild thursday nights at Eldred's. See Timothy or Eldred for details.

Combat Archery will be meeting March 24th at Sir Will's. See Will or Klaus for details/ directions.

There will be youth combat at coronation. Ser Nick will be heavy marshall in charge, and so he's enlisting another youth marshal to see to it that youth combat happens.

Archery is meeting as usual Sundays at Lucas Archery at 1pm. Also, there will be a guild meeting at Darius' place Tuesday the 19th.

Brewer's guild met on Friday, all day, from 11am to 9pm, they brewed ten gallons for the crown. They're hoping to brew meads next. See Nial for details.

Also, Nial is looking for interest in brewing root beer at a meeting. See him if you're interested.

Polls! They've recieved 50% of the polls so far, and are looking to get at least a third of them before they count. Get your polls in quick, the deadline approacheth. Tonight was your last night to talk to Nial if you didn't recieve a poll form.
