Ephraim's lovely assistant Sarah Rex is still looking for ideas for site tokens, please if you've a dumb or non-dumb idea see her.

Milesent is handling classes for the event, please see her if you'd like to teach especially on a Mongolian theme, and as always if you are staff for the event, the webmistress likes updates! Keep me posted.

SCA Buisness:

Brewer's guild is brewing, as always, they hope to make 10 gallons of mead and some beers, they are planning on donating a large quantity to the royalty for gift giving at this next pennsic, see Nial if you're interested in helping out.

Snowden and Darius have an announcement... we have Coronation!! Hoobah! Thank you to Their Highnesses. Back to Back Coronations is something special, and if it's happened before it's not been for a long time. This will be only the second spring Coronation in the Cleftlands, our 8th Coronation.

There will be a quick Coronation staff meeting after regular meeting next wednesday, don't expect to hear much from the Coronation crew until after the January Event.

Storytellers, the guildmaster would like you to bring a story to tell to this month's dessert revel (Dec. 19th) to have a sort of bardic circle at the revel. See Shlomo for details.

Armourer's guild is meeting thursday, same time, same place as usual. see Timothy or Eldred for details.

Those interested in fencing, we do have practices here at meeting and there is loaner equipment available, see Snowden for details.

Archery is still meeting on sundays, come out and shoot! there are over 20 archers in the barony and only 8 showed up to the guild meeting, tsk tsk. January 15th the archery guild is having its anual buisness meeting, they'll be discussing possible charter changes and officer changes. See That Chick, Darius or your favorite archery marshal for details.

Lynn, our former archery mistress, sent out an email thanking the guild for all their great work. It's always good to see things you worked on going strong without you.

The position of A&S Minister is stil open, a letter of Intent and proof of SCA membership inside Cuyahoga County are required. See Karl or Nial for details.

Glass guild, Alex's floor and drywall are nearly done, and soon she'll be ready for buisness, don't worry, she hasn't forgotten about you.

The Dance Guild is looking for a place to meet... if you have floor and electricity, see Milesent.

Dec. 20th at Oxford Elementary (Middle?) School in Cleveland Heights, in particular looking for fighters or fencers for this demo, see Darius for details.
