Events:
-Crown Tournament is in Columbus on 10/20-Afternoon of fun is October 6th at the Geauga County Fairgrounds-there is no more prereg
-the main set up for AoF is Thursday evening-the staff will need a lot of help-they will feed you dinner-you can also come help with the lighter parts of set up on Friday and help tear down on Sunday
-there will be lots of activities at AoF for fighters, non fighters and kids
-there will be a raffle drawing at AoF for two sets of late period semi-precious jewelry made by Elena-tickets are $1
-if you are interested in working with Fitz on a feast bid for January event where most of the cooking will be done the weekend before at the Slovenian home, see Fitz
-tell Maggie if you wish to teach a class at January event
-there will be a demo in Castell Gwent on Sunday to which we are invited-see Katherin for details
Announcements:
-unofficial fencing as usual-no archery this Sunday-archery will resume the weekend after
-scribal workshops begin this Tuesday October 9th around 7 and Aiden and Hely's house
-there will be a rapier class on rapier melees and melee tactics taught by Lubeck at the October Dessert Revel
-there will be no meeting 10/31, Dessert Revel will be on 10/24
-there will be no meeting 11/21, dessert revel will be 11/28
